I went to a seminar that Ed Lover had in the city. The title of it was ‘Make it in the music business’. It was a very informative seminar. I did alot of networking. I learned a few things. I’m sorry people. I’m so tired i can’t type. I’ll finish tomorrow. lol!!
Morning workout...
Today’s morning workout was sweet. I, again, intended on going to the gym but forgot my lock at home. So I just walked outside. I like the outside walking. Maybe i’ll incorporate that in my workouts. I came home and did my weights as well. Feeling good and breathing well.

Instead of going to the gym, I took a long ass walk. lol. It was a last minute decision. The walk was nice. I came back home and did my weights. My breathing is good and feeling great. I’m about to eat some oatmeal. Mm, mm good! lol

Workout
I went to the gym today for the first time in months. It went well. I’m feeling great!! Inspiration for discipline. I’m more determine to hit the gym everyday. I need to be around for a while. lol. I bought some fruit to snack on during the day. Right now, i’m eating Special K with some almond milk. That’s my sh*t! lol.
